Tired of that ugly metal cover for your cold air return, wall or ceiling vent? Replace it with one of our beautiful custom made solid hardwood vents & air returns. These wood vent covers, air returns and grilles can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted. We manufacture them to fit your situation with drop in, flush mount with or without a frame or surface mount without a lip to mount into your molding, thick paneling or wainscotting.

The Grate Style standard, some call this eggcrate or yacht decking with the square design, is made from 4/4 X 1/2" interlocked solid wood to make it extremely strong and durable. Our standard Grate style has 1" open squares for plenty of air flow. We also provide an optional unparalleled strength of 1.25" (5/4) solid wood stock for the safest and strongest wood floor system available.

Louvered Styles have as standard .375 (3/8") spacing between louvers or you can also specify .25" (1/4") spacing or .5" (1/2") spacing as optional. All vents go by at least duct opening sizes and are considered wall or ceiling mount and include self rimming lips unless specified in your order.

Floor Louvered Oak can have different specifications depending upon the wood choice and the size of the opening, such as center supports, thicker Louvers etc. Available in Self Rimming (surface mount) or Flushmount with or without a Frame. (All vents are considered Wall or ceiling vents unless specified Floor Vents.)
